It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.__Socrates 我們都不知不覺地被社會化，更是把「生、老、病、死」視為人生無法避免的事程。而，對於修行者來說，這一切都是「幻象」，都是可以通過修行而抹去的；也都知道，身體可以在足夠地修煉之餘，甚至可以返老還童、延年益壽。在佛教界就知道，菩薩可以決定自己的生死。
